Colin has more than 38 years industry experience and started Compass Consulting Group Pty Ltd at the turn of the millennium back in 2000.

Colin has design experience in projects such as Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities, High Rise Apartments, Industrial, Commercial, Schools, Retail and Domestic type facilities.

Colin has a Diploma in Engineering (Hydraulic Services) and is a Full Member of the Association of Hydraulic Service Consultant Association (Qld).

Colin is conversant in both 3D Revit Modelling, 2D Auto-CAD software as well as responsible for writing and maintaining the offices design calculations

Brad started with Compass in 2007 and left in 2009 to gain experience with another Hydraulic Consultancy firm before rejoining Compass in 2012.

He is a very experienced Senior Designer and Associate of Compass.

Brad mainly focuses on servicing our clients within Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas.

Shane joined Compass after completing his year 12 studies. He has been with Compass since 2007 and is a very competent designer.

Shane has completed some very significant projects to a very high level of detail and is conversant in both Revit 3D modelling and 2D Auto-CAD drafting software.

Shane is currently studying

Dion joined Compass as a Cadet designer in 2016. Since that time he has proven himself as a more than competent designer. He is conversant in both Revit 3D modelling and 2D Auto-CAD drafting software and continues to learn the technical aspects of the industry whilst completing his studies in the Hydraulic Engineering Diploma

Pauline has been with Compass Consulting Group for more than 14 years and is in charge of the day to day running of the office.

Pauline is also responsible for distribution of documents on portals such as Aconex and similar project software, ensuring the latest and greatest drawings up kept up to date
